Background:  Mr. Marstaller gained over three years of experience in the field of taxation and accounting at State Street Bank & Trust where he serviced accounts as large as $2 billion of assets.  With $1.9 trillon of assets under management, the bank is the largest service provider for mutual funds and second largest for hedge and private equity funds globally.  His duties focus on the administrative management functions for the company which include book-keeping, financial projections, budget development, contracting, and acting as a liaison for human resources and payroll.  During his down time, Mr. Marstaller enjoys playing basketball, golfing, going to the beach, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with his wife.
